Account Manager

Rachel has had 12+ years experience working in government where she gained extensive knowledge in government policies and procedures. Rachel is currently an account manager with JCA, where her experience runs the gamut of the digital world from social, online marketing to project management and client services.

As account manager she is responsible for running day-to-day operations of traditional advertising campaigns along with online and digital advertising campaigns.

Her attention to detail sees her seamlessly assist clients in the non-profit, B2B and B2C worlds with digital and traditional needs, making sure that campaigns stay on message and on track.

Early in her career she learned the value of client service, which includes both listening to what is needed and delivering on what you promise – every time.

She likes to collaborate with clients to determine what success looks like up front so we are all working together towards a common goal.
